Kondor Blue And AngelBird’s Magsafe Recording Module

The camera accessory brand Kondor Blue has partnered with the leading manufacturer of camera media Angelbird to create a minimalist approach to attaching an SD card to your iPhone 15 Pro (or technically any USB-C 3.0 equipped phone).

The product is quite simple. Plug in the short braided USB-C cable into the bottom of your phone, magnetize the reader to the MagSafe portion of your iPhone and plug in any compatible SD card.

Once you open your stock camera app and enable ProRes Video you will notice a “usb-c” icon at the bottom of the screen indicating any clips recorded will be saved to the plugged in media.

This reader is currently available for pre-orders on Kondor Blue’s website in two colors and gives you the option for support of an SD card or CF-Express Type B Card.
